Refunds & Deliveries
The Flower Folk DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, please contact us at hello@theflowerfolk.com.au with 24 hours of receiving to discuss. We will ask for photos as proof so that we can pass these on to our suppliers. We will not replace any florals if contacted after 24 hours. Please note- No responsibility is taken for flowers left out in extreme weather. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the recipient will be home or deliver to a workplace.
You can expect your blooms to last between 4-7 days. Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after, please refer to our flower care guide for instructions. The Flower Folk is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperature, however if you have any concerns please contact us at hello@theflowerfolk.com.au so that we can help you rectify these situations if possible.
The Flower Folk CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two flowers will ever be the same. All our designs are made with the best seasonal blooms available, based on the colour palette you have selected.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.
We use a combination of our own courier as well as outsourced courier companies if necessary. Our couriers create their runs based on time and efficiency. All business deliveries are completed between 12pm- 5pm and home deliveries between 12pm-6pm unless pre organised otherwise. If you require delivery by a certain time, please give us clear instructions in the notes of your order so that we can confirm an alternate delivery time.
We will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source.
Flower Care - To prolong the longevity of your floral arrangements, consider the following key points: Trim the stems at an angle and place them in fresh water. Change the water and retrim the stems every two days. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and warm areas. Avoid drafty locations and excessive air conditioning.
Should you need to cancel or change the details of your delivery please email us as soon as you can, or email us at hello@theflowerfolk.com.au . We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. But we really need 24 hours notice to change or cancel an order. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes to the best of our abilities.
If you do not agree or are unable to agree with ANY of the above terms and conditions, then you must not place an order or enquire.
All discrepancies will be referenced back to the above terms on all orders, quotes, emails or any forms of communication with The Flower Folk.
Any enquiries regarding the above can be directed hello@theflowerfolk.com.au

We reserve the right to substitute all floral and sundry products to ensure the highest quality ingredients and will use our best efforts to preserve the integrity of the proposed colour. If needed, a final consultation can be arranged to discuss alternative options.
